Anyone who needs help with their mental health can call NHS 111 and choose the option for Mental Health support.
You’ll be able to speak to a qualified mental health clinician and tell them how you’re feeling.
The clinician will listen and help you get the support that’s right for you.
If you are currently receiving care from a mental health professional and would like them to refer you, ask them to complete the professional referral form.
If you need medical help, dial 999 in an emergency, or 111 option 1 if it’s not an emergency.
